I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Supervisor (LCSW-S), EMDR-trained therapist, and Certified Life Coach-NLP, dedicated to helping individuals overcome emotional and mental barriers to live more fulfilling lives. I hold a Master’s degree in Social Work from Our Lady of the Lake University and have extensive experience working with teens and adults.

My expertise includes treating depression, anxiety, trauma, personality disorders, PTSD, addiction, grief, and co-occurring disorders. I provide a compassionate, client-centered approach that integrates evidence-based techniques to promote healing and personal growth. I also offer LGBTQ+ affirming therapy, ensuring a supportive and inclusive space for all clients.
