Rebecca is a dedicated outpatient therapist at Innova who is passionate about helping clients heal from trauma and reconnect with a sense of safety, identity, and hope. She brings a grounded, compassionate presence to the therapy room, creating an environment where clients feel genuinely seen, heard, and supported throughout their healing journey.

Rebecca works with individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, emotional dysregulation, life transitions, and attachment-related concerns. She values building strong therapeutic relationships and strives to provide a space where clients can process difficult experiences without judgment while developing practical tools for healing and emotional stability.

Outside of her clinical work, Rebecca is a parent of two and deeply understands the challenges of balancing personal responsibilities with emotional wellness. Her personal and professional experiences continue to shape her empathetic, relational approach to therapy.
