Life is messy and complex. We all want to create order, but the truth is, there’s no perfect fix that erases pain or struggle. Instead, it’s about learning how to navigate the tough moments and finding the strength to keep moving forward. That’s what I love about this work is I get to hear people’s stories and walk alongside them as they transcend the dark and messy parts of life.

In my role as Clinical & Administrative Lead for the adolescent PHP program in New Braunfels, I support a team of clinicians, direct care techs, and interns who provide compassionate mental health services to youth. I also work with families, assist youth in crisis, oversee program standards, and even keep a small caseload of my own. No two people are the same, so I take an individualized, nonjudgmental approach, meeting each client where they are and helping them face life’s realities with honesty and courage.

I take this job with extreme humility because I know what’s at stake. Whether through deep conversations, practical interventions, or simply showing up with consistency, I want every client and every colleague to know they don’t have to do this alone.
