About Jessica
“My goal is to help clients find light in times of struggle and discover healthier, more fulfilling paths forward.”
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP-II), and EMDR-trained therapist with a passion for helping individuals navigate life’s challenges. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Texas A&M University and my Master’s degree in Counseling and Human Services from The University of Colorado Colorado Springs.
My counseling journey began as a school counselor, where I supported adolescents through a variety of challenges. In private practice, I have had the privilege of working with military veterans, women who have faced sexual assault, and individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, and self-esteem concerns. I believe that every person’s experience is unique, and I strive to create a space where clients feel safe, seen, and heard. My approach is LGBTQ+ friendly and client-centered, focusing on aligning treatment with each person’s values, morals, and belief systems.
As a military spouse of 17 years and a mother of two, I understand the importance of resilience and adaptability. In my free time, I love going on adventures with my family, working in my yard, biking, and reading. I consider myself a lifelong learner, always seeking new ways to grow and better serve my clients. My goal is to help clients find light in times of struggle and discover healthier, more fulfilling paths forward.
