Individual Therapy can help in personal growth, healing from trauma, improving relationships, addressing mental health issues, and enhancing the overall quality of life.

Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

Our Intensive Outpatient Program is specifically designed for active-duty service members, veterans, and military families who need structured, trauma-informed care—without stepping away from their daily responsibilities.

Why Military Members Need Specialized Care

At Innova Recovery Center, we understand the unique mental health challenges that come with military service. Whether you’re facing PTSD or the effects of combat-related stress, our expert team is committed to supporting you with compassionate care. No matter where you are in your journey, healing starts here at Innova.

PTSD & Trauma Treatment

The impact of combat, deployments, and high-stress environments doesn’t always fade when you return home. For many military members, trauma lingers in the form of PTSD, anxiety, depression, and emotional distress. You may experience nightmares, flashbacks, or difficulty trusting others, all of which can affect your daily life and overall well-being.

Transition & Reintegration Support

Leaving the military isn’t just a career change, it’s a complete shift in identity, routine, and structure. Many service members struggle with finding purpose outside of service, adjusting to civilian work environments, and reconnecting with family and friends. You might feel like you don’t fit in, have difficulty relating to civilians, or experience anxiety about the unknowns of life after service.

Family & Relationship Counseling

The effects of military life extend far beyond the individual, it impacts spouses, children, and loved ones in deep and lasting ways. Whether you’re dealing with the stress of deployment, reintegration struggles, or emotional disconnect, it’s important to have the right support to keep your relationships strong.
