What is Yoga?

Research has shown that yoga can alleviate pain and stress, ease anxiety and depression, and enhance overall well-being.1 Recent clinical studies indicate that yoga may also help decrease PTSD and depressive symptoms in individuals with PTSD.2

That’s why we created Innova Peace, a specialized Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) focused on chronic pain. This distinctive program utilizes a structured approach that treats the mind, body, and spirit through an intensive combination of traditional therapies and holistic practices.
