About Tiffany

“I firmly believe that everyone has the capacity to heal and deserves a second chance.”

I take a compassionate and collaborative approach when working with clients on the changes they would like to make. My primary areas of focus include trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief, aging, substance misuse, personality disorders, occupational wellness, and LGBTQ+ issues. As an author, artist, and musician, I also enjoy working with creative clients who may benefit from using their art as part of the recovery process. I truly believe anyone can heal and that everyone deserves a second chance.

I am EMDR trained and versed in other evidence-based modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), emotion-focused therapy (EFT), and cognitive behavioral therapy for psychosis (CBT-P).

I have experience working with diverse populations in various settings, including residential treatment centers, psychiatric hospitals, and non-profit agencies. I have a Master of Social Work in Mental Health and Substance Misuse from The University of Texas at Arlington. I completed my undergraduate work at The University of North Texas, where I received a Bachelor of Business Administration with a minor in Psychology.

When not working with clients, I enjoy spending time with family, being in nature, and writing fiction. I love live music and being on a beach, regardless of the weather.
