I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a passion for helping individuals, couples, and trauma survivors navigate their healing journey. I earned both my Master of Social Work and Bachelor’s degree in Social and Behavioral Studies from George Fox University and have been part of the Innova Recovery team since January 2023.

I have experience working with clients of all ages, utilizing evidence-based approaches such as Narrative Exposure Therapy, CBT, DBT, CPT, and EMDR. Additionally, I have 20 hours of training in Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI) and over 100 hours of play therapy training, allowing me to provide specialized support for children and families.

On a personal note, I am a Christian, a mother of five, and have fostered over a dozen children throughout the years. My experiences as a parent and foster parent have deepened my understanding of resilience, healing, and the importance of compassionate care in therapy.
