I hold an M.A. in Counseling from the University of Texas at San Antonio and a Graduate Certificate in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lamar University. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate, currently working toward full licensure in Texas. My passion lies in helping women heal, grow, and recognize their full potential. In my practice, I draw from DBT, CBT, mindfulness, and somatic approaches to support clients in their journey toward well-being.

Although not a Texas native, I like to say I “got here as fast as I could.” Growing up in a military family gave me the opportunity to live in both Europe and Asia, experiences that shaped my appreciation for diverse perspectives. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband, Chris, our twins, Ryleigh and Barrett (born in 2021), and our dog, Skye (born in 2020).
