I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I obtained my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2018 at the University of St. Thomas (Houston) and my Bachelor’s degree in English Literature with a minor in Communications in 2009 at the University of Houston. I have earned certifications in Family and divorce mediation, as well as parenting coordination. As a former 8th- and 9th-grade English teacher, I especially enjoy working with adolescents and young adults. My clinical interests include trauma, mood and personality disorders, eating disorders, and family/interpersonal issues. My therapeutic modalities include CBT, DBT, Interpersonal Therapy, Family Systems, Expressive Arts, and Outdoor Therapy.
