As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), I provide individual and couples counseling both in person and via telehealth. I bring 20 years of experience in education, where I supported families through the IEP/504 process to help ensure students with mental health diagnoses receive the accommodations and support they need within the school setting.

I have developed and facilitated multiple 8-week co-ed adult support groups focused on post-trauma wellness, family survival, blended families, and divorce care for children ages 5–12. My work is guided by a person-centered, holistic, and solution-focused approach within a psychodynamic framework.

I am certified as a Family Wellness Instructor for couples and families and am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), an evidence-based treatment for trauma.
