Teens attend programming 8 hours per day, 5-6 days per week, all while going home at night

Teens in Innova’s PHP receive seven hours of therapeutic intervention per day. They will also spend time with specialized therapeutic groups designed to target symptoms commonly associated with trauma, such as:

  • Avoidance of people, places, and relationships
  • Nightmares and sleep issues
  • Social anxiety
  • Difficulty connecting with others
  • Behavior problems
  • Self-harm
  • Irritability, angry outbursts
  • Difficulty trusting others
  • Trouble at school
