Individual Therapy
Because Even the Strong Need Support
At Innova Recovery Center, we are honored to serve the men and women who have served our country. We offer specialized individual therapy for military members, including active-duty personnel and veterans, designed to help navigate the unique challenges of military trauma and successfully transition to civilian life with renewed strength.
What is Individual Therapy?
Individual therapy is so much more than sitting on your couch and talking about your mother – although we do have couches and mother talk from time to time. With the support of our expert therapists, service members and veterans can reflect on their experiences, regulate their emotions, and cultivate resilience to enhance their mental health and well-being in a safe and confidential environment.
