My clinical expertise lies in addressing various eating disorders such as anorexia, bulimia and binge eating. Maria Orlikoski, MBA, RDN, LD, CEDS is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Licensed by the State of Texas, specializing in the treatment of disordered eating and eating disorders. She is a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist.

Maria started her dream job in 2019 working at the Eating Recovery Center Pathlight (ERCPL) Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) levels of care. She is a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics as well as International Association of Eating Disorder Professionals (IAEDP).

Maria provides individual and group meal support, individual, family and group nutrition sessions and education to eliminate ED behaviors and urges. Maria supervises dietetic interns at ERCPL and offers eating disorder case consultation to local dietitians. She also provides eating disorder presentations to health professionals, dietetic internship programs, and universities. She is passionate about and dedicated to working with families, children and adults healing their relationship with food. This is Maria’s second career after retiring from the Air Force
