I am a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) with a background in military service, which has shaped my passion for helping others navigate life’s challenges. After transitioning from the military into social work and counseling, I began practicing in 2020 and recently joined the Innova Recovery team.

I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Strength-Based Counseling, and Shame Resilience, helping clients address PTSD, anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns. Additionally, I provide couples counseling, supporting partners in strengthening their relationships and improving communication.
