About Dr. Jacqueline Coppock
After obtaining a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Arizona, Dr. Jacqueline Coppock (Dr. J) earned both her master’s and doctoral degrees from Our Lady of the Lake University in San Antonio, TX. Dr. J is a compassionate and dedicated counseling psychologist with a mission to help individuals discover their inner strength and navigate life’s challenges. With warmth and empathy, she provides a safe space for healing and personal growth. Dr. J is committed to fostering an inclusive environment where everyone feels respected and valued, regardless of their background or identity. Dr. J believes that therapy is a collaborative journey, and tailors her approach to meet the unique needs of each individua. Drawing from evidenced-based techniques, she integrates CBT, Narrative Therapy, Positive Psychology, and Interpersonal and Relational therapies. Her training and experience enable her to work with a wide range of psychological concerns including anxiety and depression, relationship and family concerns, stress management, trauma, self-esteem and self-identity, life transitions, grief and loss, and personal growth and self-discovery. On her free time, Dr. J prioritizes fellowship with family and friends over great coffee and good food. She loves taking weekend day trips, sports, reading, and her four-legged fur child.
