Hi,

I am a board approved supervisor (LPC-S) with ten years of experience in the mental health field. I received my Master of Science Degree at the University of Texas at San Antonio and am currently enrolled at Oklahoma State University for a Doctor of Healthcare Administration Degree. I cannot wait until May 2027! I have spent a majority of my journey working in an inpatient psychiatric setting helping adults navigate crises. During this time, I worked alongside individuals who were addressing substance use issues, co-occurring disorders, anxiety, mood disorders, and trauma related symptoms. In the outpatient clinic setting, I have focused on assisting clients target and address ADHD related difficulties, cope through life transitions, and explore grief. I am certified in grief (CGP) and trauma services (CCTP). I enjoy operating under Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Solution Focused modalities. With a collaborative approach, we can identify and replace the unhealthy patterns preventing goal attainment. Outside of work, I strive to implement self-care regularly by reading, running, or spending a few moments outdoors.
