I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC), currently completing my doctorate in clinical psychology. As a military veteran, I bring both lived experience and clinical expertise to my work and am deeply passionate about serving veterans and their families. I specialize in trauma treatment, with particular focus on supporting individuals seeking to live fully beyond the impacts of sexual trauma.

My therapeutic approach integrates evidence-based modalities such as Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) within a flexible, multimodal framework tailored to each client’s unique needs. I am deeply committed to this work because I understand the healing process not only clinically, but personally. I’m keenly aware of the power and complexity of healing, and it’s both an honor and a privilege to walk alongside others as they navigate their own journeys toward wellness.

Outside of my clinical work, I am a mother and stepmother. I value travel, connection, and experiencing life as fully as possible.
